Asbestos Inspector/Industrial Hygienist
Perform pre-renovation and pre-demolition asbestos assessments.
Perform lead paint and universal waste assessments.
Conduct air monitoring/clearance sampling.
Compile data and prepare technical reports.
Qualifications for Asbestos Inspector/Industrial Hygienist:
Bachelor of Science degree, minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience
Asbestos Inspector Accreditation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations with EGLE, MIOSHA, OSHA, and EPA
40-Hour OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations (HAZWOPER) a plus
Must be able to drive vehicle to project sites
Self-proficient and motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook
